What do you do if your friend doesn’t let you date her brother?

If your friend doesn’t want you to date her brother, talk to her about it and figure out why. If she still refuses to let you, maybe you should respect her decision.

What is your favorite anime?

My all time favorite anime would have to be either Erased (Boku Dake Ga Inai Machi) or My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero Academia) because the stories are so intriguing, and they’ll keep you wondering what happens next after every episode. Erased is a story of a young man named Satoru Fujinuma who can somehow go back in time moments before a life-threatening accident. This action is known as “Revival”, and he is not able to control when he goes back in time. When his mother dies, he’s taken back in time to 5th grade to stop the kidnappings of three of his classmates. In My Hero Academia, the story focuses on Izuku Midoriya, a young boy who was born “Quirkless” in a world full of superheroes with unique quirks. To have a quirk means you have special ability to help you become a superhero; whether it be fire and ice, super strength, or invisibility. Izuku grows up hoping he will develop a quirk of his own, so he can attend the school of his dreams: U.A. High School. Although his wishes don’t come true, he never gives up.

How do you deal with drama?

I find it better to ignore drama rather than entertain it. Avoid the people who cause it and don’t include yourself in the drama. If you absolutely can’t ignore it, then try to fix whatever is causing it. It all depends on what it is. If someone else is talking about you, confront them and try to resolve your problems. If it’s drama that you have no business being in, don’t spread it.

How do I become more outgoing?

Talk to people you normally wouldn’t talk to. Be more open in who you associate with and get more involved at school. Get involved by joining a club, going to games, and helping out with school events. Put yourself out there and don’t be afraid to take risks.

If you had to give one piece of advice to incoming freshmen, what would it be?

Participate in school events; it isn’t lame to go to games or have fun at pep rallies. Take school seriously and try not to procrastinate because it’s much easier to get your work done than to stress about it.
